Psychotherapy - Madeleine Maya, MA, Psy.D.BHT
My Experience as a Clinician has taught me that context can and does influence personality and how people view themselves, the world and others, and that personality and the ways of perceiving yourself, your relationships and the world can change. Therapy is a process that can be used to promote changes both in how you view yourself and your environment, that in turn can modify your relationships. Therapy is helpful to becoming the healthiest version of yourself and living the best life possible—no matter what challenges you may be facing. Through therapy, you can change self-destructive behaviors and habits, resolve painful feelings, improve your relationships, and more. As a clinician, I see this in those I serve who obtain their healthiest version of themselves and living the best life possible—no matter what challenges they may be facing. Through therapy, you can change self-destructive behaviors and habits, resolve painful feelings, improve your relationships, and more. It is most encouraging and satisfying to observe these changes in those served with therapy. I stimulate and encourage all to incur in such a process in order to achieve their all-embracing well-being. Reflections from Madeleine P. Maya
